You can travel around the world to far away and exotic places, but we can't forget the incredible nature we have here in Europe! We at H.E.R.P. have years of experience in herping in our own, very diverse continent and are happy to share our expertise with our expedition members.

After all, Europe has a lot to offer in terms of fauna and flora. In addition to the rich culture, beautiful nature and breathtaking landscapes, Europe has more than 200 species of reptiles and amphibians and wehave already observed the vast majority in the wild!

The H.E.R.P. regularly organizes field excursions and expeditions throughout Western and Eastern Europe. These are often organized within the association, but occasionally spots open up to newcomers. The route and the associated 'target species' are often determined by our participants.

- English, French, German, Spanish and Dutch speaking guides.
- The group will mainly speak English.

- Information booklet with a detailed itinerary, packing checklist, information on necessary vaccines and medications, list of local species and much more will be distributed to all members once the expedition team is complete.
